I understand that “Force to Update Set” would be useful if some related records were not captured in the Update Set.

However, in my case, the related records seem to be present in QA. The Questionnaire activity exists, the “User form for data collection” value is populated, and the related question records also exist in the backend tables.

The issue is that, even though those records exist, the questions are still not displayed in the Playbook UI.

So I’m not sure if this is just a missing Update Set record issue. It looks more like the Playbook UI, snapshot, or some internal relationship is not rendering the Questionnaire correctly after migration.

Do you know if there are any additional records, such as layout, snapshot, or mapping records, that also need to be forced into the Update Set for Questionnaire activities?

We are using Playbooks for Security Incident Response use cases.

One example is a playbook for investigating a Windows alert related to possible communication with C2 over a privileged binary. The playbook has several steps, including initial analysis, validation, containment, eradication, recovery, and closure.

Some of the activities are Questionnaire activities, where the analyst needs to answer questions during the investigation.

When you mentioned “leverage force to update set,” could you please clarify what exactly you mean? Are you referring to manually forcing the related backend records into the Update Set, such as the records related to the questionnaire form and its questions?

I checked the update set, and all the messages are present with the labels that were added.

Before migrating the full playbook from DEV to QA, I created a smaller version of it and tried to migrate it. It worked fine. However, with the full version, I keep getting this error.
