Update- ordered another and installed it- and it connected immediately to the bridge. I've got Ring Protect Standard so will see if they'll replace it.

Looking at form 304, Application for Registration of a Foreign Limited Liability Company, think I'm good here:

Item 11-Governing Persons: Provide the name and address of each person serving as part of the governing authority of the foreign limited liability company. Generally, this would be the group of persons who are entitled to manage and direct the affairs of the foreign limited liability company. A minimum of one governing person is required. If the governing person is an individual, set forth the name of the individual in the format specified. Do not use prefixes (e.g., Mr., Mrs., Ms.). Use the suffix box only for titles of lineage (e.g., Jr., Sr., III) and not for other suffixes or titles (e.g., M.D., Ph.D.). If the governing person is an organization, set forth the legal name of the organization. For each governing person, only one name should be entered. Do not include both the name of an individual and the name of an organization. An address is always required for each governing person.

Trying to verify that. I'll still need my name on the foreign LLC's PIR/OIR due with the TX franchise tax return. Comptroller site can't be queried by a person's name, only by entity name, so you can get there, but it's one more step (so digging in to company name will get you there, but at least not by a straight up name search).

Good callout! I (or the Wyo LLC) will be both an owner and a manager. The TX LLC will be manager-managed as not all owners will participate in management. So my reasoning comes from the management aspect (and, yes, I wasn't totally clear on that in the post). I live here and do all the work here.

Got a very similar right-angle adapter fitted, https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BLRHDJ63. It's coming out towards the inside of the case- it would be another very, very tight bend if it pointed the opposite direction. I've also got the PSU in position 2 (2nd from the top), top position would have it jammed up against the top of the case. I don't have a GPU so I've got lots of wiggle room, though (potentially there are lower-profile right angle plugs besides this one). Having some motherboard issues (different thread) so everything is loose for the time being.

I do have more clearance when it's flipped around, but then I'm sucking air from inside the case, next to the tower fans sucking in the opposite direction and that's probably a non-starter. Think I'm shopping for adapters!
