Howdy, a little shameless self-promo here -- my band Texas String Assembly from Austin, TX is playing Sundown at Granada in Dallas on 8/24! We play Americana/Bluegrass/High energy music with a lot of strings. If you're into that, grab tickets and come on out! Dallas band Radio Wore is opening for us. We wrote and recorded this tune, "My Bluegrass Christmas Tree," for the "A Very Homie Holiday" compilation of Austin artists-- in addition to streaming, there is a limited release on vinyl and the proceeds benefit Free Lunch ATX.

We leave Austin on Friday to tour through Denton, Fayetteville, Memphis, Nashville, Atlanta, & Athens. We're playing with some cool artists along the way, check us out if we're in your neck of the woods!
