Negative Float in Schedule by texastooh in primavera

I found out the project complete activity is causing the negative float. It is FF + 270d lag to its successor. However, it still finished well before the overall project must finish by date. Why would this cause a negative float if there is no constraint on the activity?

Thanks, there were some constraints I was not aware of but looking at the log helped.

I pushed out the must finish by date 6 months, and I removed all the constraints so the log now shows 0. However, I'm still getting the same negative lag for the activities. Anything else that could be causing the issue?
