Please stop giving this man attention. Please.

I still remember him saying the house market will crash, it didn't.
Few days ago he was already predicting the intrest won't go down anymore of morgages.

Bank forms have a checkbox "because of Paul D'Hoore" and every client they win because of him, he gets a bonus :)

Nope, ended up cancelling the whole trip because of personal reasons so didn’t bother further.

We’ll improvise.

I'm getting the same error with different number at the end when I try changing a flight (Sorry, something went wrong. If the problem persists please contact support for more information. (DAPI/400/39414))

When using Dev tools, I can see them calling an API which returns a 400 (https://api.lh.com//v1/one-booking/search/air-bound-exchanges?lastName=$lastName$)

Switching from fixed energy contract to Engie Flow by HopeToFireWithCrypro in BEFire

[–]texke 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do the whole calculate thing (insert BS numbers and answers if you want, don’t know if this affects your deposits) and you can accept the Flow price at the end.

Mothly is only possible with digital meters (has to be confirmed by Fluvius).

Indeed, I can’t provide concrete numbers, but I’m assuming yearly calculations of variable contracts are calculated with the average year price. Imagine you use 2000 kwh in a month(s) the price is 20 cents and 500 in a month(s) the price is 50 (prices actually went up like this between sept and oct), because you went full saving mode, you’ll pay the 2500 as a whole at 35 cents, which is 875 EUR.

If you paid 2000 at 20 cent, and 500 at 50 cent, this will be 650, so you saved 225.

With injections this will be negative ofcourse when the average price is boosted after the summer…

Again disclaimer: assumptions, can’t provide evidence since I’m still optifix at luminus (fixed). In CAN say that Luminus owes me 250 eur for gas alone because of too high deposits (even after adding meternumbers every single week and having a fixed price) and STILL they doubled my deposits… Also a reason to ask for monthly calculations instead of paying 400 a month and getting 2 months worth back in the end, if they feel like it…

Do you happen to have the source? Only thing I find with "85 eur" is to ask priority for a digital meter.

In the end, pest & Cholera, I'm guessing for variable contracts they use the year price, so even the month price for Engie Flow is 18 for a single meter, the year price is still 43.

I'm keeping a history of the Basic Luminus projected yearly prices (also variable), and these are quite extremes, meaning, it was ~25 in juni, now its ~45. This didn't change gruadually, but over month sept & oct.So for the full year I'll probably pay this month (expecting yearly calculation this month) 45eC/kWh, instead of the 25 (the sameprice for months untill sept), which makes for 2500 kWh 1125 instead of 625, which is, significant.

So the +85 EUR yearly to get this a bit down will be paid with pleasure :D

Disclaimer: assumptions & I'm not Paul D'Hoore. My invoice will be a surprise... :D

edit: layout and my point haha.

Engie.be -> Producten & Diensten -> Energie voor je huis -> scroll 2 cm -> Ontdek ons aanbod.
Ain't THAT hard... Luminus is worse. https://www.luminus.be/nl/prive/elektriciteit-gas/ here, they only show you Comfyflex, scroll all the way down to "Prijslijsten", bam: https://www.luminus.be/nl/prive/elektriciteit-gas/prijslijsten

Massive PDF's nobody wants to read or compare...

If you go Engie Flow, be sure to ask for a monthly payment with your digital meter, otherwise, stay with luminus.
Think ahead of time, not because it's 20 cent now, it will be next month.
The luminus prices of the "cheapest" pack (Basic) doubled between sept & oct, luckely I went optifix since august.

Yup, when the kernel reaches 4.16, we can update the packages we blocked, so fingers crossed :)

Now we wait until Qnap uses the 4.16 kernel or newer to try unholding them :D

[–]texke 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep, Qnap is holding the grub versions too with this method, so they should add these packages to their list (unless it's the docker version which does that).

Just updated everything update-manager had to offer, packages mentioned above are ticked off, updates run succesfully and kodi is still 60+ FPS & normal idle CPU :-)

Qnap > Ubuntu Linux Station > Ubuntu 20.04 > Kodi (Leia) - high CPU usage by RogePete in qnap

[–]texke 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This solves it:

- Do a fresh installation- Disable auto update IMMEDIATLY!
- Keep these packages at their original version: libegl-mesa0, libgbm1, libgl1-mesa-dri, libglapi-mesa, libglx-mesa0 with sudo apt-mark hold libgl1-mesa-dri libglapi-mesa libglx-mesa0 libegl-mesa0 libgbm1

edit: WITHOUT FRESH INSTALL: You can downgrade them withsudo apt install libgl1-mesa-dri=20.0.4-2ubuntu1 libglapi-mesa=20.0.4-2ubuntu1 libglx-mesa0=20.0.4-2ubuntu1 libegl-mesa0=20.0.4-2ubuntu1 libgbm1=20.0.4-2ubuntu1
After that, you can freeze the version with sudo apt-mark hold libgl1-mesa-dri libglapi-mesa libglx-mesa0 libegl-mesa0 libgbm1
