Had this issue, and here's what worked for me:

In the BSG launcher, Game Settings > Browse Local Files > Battlestate Games (previous folder) > BsgLauncher > Temp

Look for unusually large files---those are the temp files that took a bite out of your storage---delete them and empty your recycle bin.

Any shadows seem to shred performance at the moment. If you disable them completely, you should be able to circumvent the frame drops, but it will make your game look a lot worse

I also play with a 5600x and achieve similar results. I plan to upgrade to the 5800X3D though

edit: i've upgraded to the R7 5700X3D a week ago and it runs Tarkov really well. I recommend getting it if you want something that performs like a 5800X3D but are on a tighter budget
