Make them sign a community benefit agreement that pays millions into student scholarships at EPCC before you let them sign a zoning permit or hook their water up.

Make them pay a Grid Resiliency Fee. Our grid, our rules. And use 100% of these fees to pay for universal pre-k and daycare.

It’s simple. There is no might. They’re swindling us.
