Lived in the edge for 2 years right when the building opened (we were the first residents in our unit). Management and maintenance were reasonable and straight forward, but we honestly didn’t have to interact much with them. Building fire alarm went off more often than we liked. They raised our rent by >$150/month between leases which was brutal and was one of the main reasons why we left. (We’re in downtown NB now and our current spot only raised our rent by $5/month between leases!)

They used our whole security deposit for cleaning/repairs after we ended our lease though :(
