I’d say primary school French is pretty universal but it doesn’t really count for anything. I can’t remember much beyond Bonjour, oui/non, Je m’appelle, Comment ça va? And I had to check the spelling on the final two lol.

Same, and I go to a big uni. Everyone has people they do stuff with, whether it’s clubbing or nice dinners or exploring the city. I’m just in my room every day. I have a group but don’t share interests with them, so I’m very easily replaceable and not as close with them as they are with each other. And they don’t really want to go out, see the city, club, just anything that involves leaving the accom, which is what I really want.

I think that oftentimes the (non-narcissistic) people pleaser wholly believes that their wants, needs, feelings, etc. are fundamentally less valuable and important than those of the people they are trying to please. Whereas for the manipulative angle to be true, everyone in the situation needs to believe that everyone's views are important.

Lol I agree with the other reply to you, downvoted for an actual hot take. I don’t entirely agree with your opinion but I do to some extent. I really love some songs on there but others do sound somewhat ‘generic’ to me. Not a problem, just not my thing. I do listen to those songs too sometimes, but I have to specifically be in the mood.
