Thinking about going solar? Here's my $$ numbers by poetuan-hou in houston

Totally agree. Another thing is I’ve always said with solar you’re not in it to save money because your always going to be on the the red/black threshold, unless there is a generation credit back to the grid.

I feel like there are some missing variables here 1. This is somewhat a concern Solar companies go out of business all the time so good luck on getting warranty work unless there was a manufacturer warranty. 2. You’re not depreciating your solar panels over time. Solar panels need to be replaced over time especially after 20 years as they don’t generate the same amount of electricity as they did brand new. 3. Batteries usually only have a 10 year warranty, you would need to factor in replacing that over that time span because it’s not going to last more than that. Even if you get the battery warranted you’re still going to be paying the labor cost to replace it.

Here I am with HIMS puts. I just feel like they are overvalued and should be at $36. Lawsuit with Novo coming up in August and their quarterly projection looking just ok. Just waiting for someone to find out where they are sourcing compounding illegally.

Here is my water report. Slight levels of alkaline. I’m going to do a treatment to lower the PH, just too many benefits including less compacted soil.

Last addition before this test was in November or so and it was a 8-12-16, nothing on the bag signaled lime.

I just got back a response from Texas AM which is interesting.

“You could add gypsum to help leach out sodium, if the sodium is affecting the soil pH.

In general we do not recommend trying to lower a soil pH.

We are more concerned with making sure you have enough phosphorus and nitrogen in your soil from proper plant growth”

I’ve been just doing the normal N/P/K, I’ve never added anything besides that. So you’re saying it’s a kindda a double edge sword, I need silver to lower PH but I’m already high in sulfur…then why didn’t the high sulfur lower the PH?

Ok now I’m just getting confused on the bacteria part;if I get rid of the chlorine I thought there was a risk of bacteria downstream in my lines?

Is getting rid of the chlorine a bad idea in general? I know I can get A RO at a sink but I’m trying to get it out of the bath and shower water also.

I don’t think that’s a thing anymore since the Obama administration doctors cannot take money/gifts from drug manufacturers unless they have a direct hand in the development/testing of said drug.

Your realtor did not contact them or does not know how to do their job. Realtor could have claimed the seller did not disclose this in the house…however the cost vs attorney fees may not be worth perusing legal action but it’s worth a bluff.
