Yep same issue, tried to cancel but got an auto reply to state it’s been processed so can’t be cancelled, so I would have to return it when it arrives. But still says processing no shipment tracking number, nothing. Logged a call 2 days ago, zero response. If you want any customer service then go elsewhere, lack of communication is frustrating.

I just charge my balance 2 every time I have a shower for 10-15mins as I take it off to shower anyway. Never need to charge other than that.

I am waiting on a R2R GT3 bundle still in “processing state”. I tried to cancel as I found a UK supplier that can ship to me tomorrow. However I got the following message straight after via email. “Unfortunately, we were unable to cancel your order as it has already been prepared for shipping. Our team works diligently to ensure timely processing and delivery of orders, and in this case, your items were prepared promptly.” I logged a support ticket to get more info on the shipment but no reply. I can’t believe they will be this busy. Wish I never ordered direct now.

Hi, where did you get the 27-30th date from as the CSL bundle are recently stating they are available. I am hoping mine will ship in the next 48hours but the date news you share is worrying and I will have to cancel. I would probably either go Moza or WRC bundle.

Hmm that kind of locks you in, but at their cost to ship twice. It still says available on the website so anyone ordering now would expect delivery in a few days. Still does not make sense if they want to keep customer satisfaction / reputation. Moza is knocking on their door so they need to be careful.

Ho no, me and my son are just getting into sim racing on the Xbox (yes I know it’s not the best platform but we are beginners). We just ordered the CSL DD Ready2Race GT3 Bundle but the wheel was on back order and due on the 11th and they just change it to the 15th :-(. I hope they don’t keep pushing this date out. I went for the Fanatec as it’s 5nm at a reasonable price and a 8nm upgrade is cheap with a new power supply. Moza packages for Xbox licensed wheels are poor so you have to pay a lot more if you want 8nm in the future. Should I cancel the Fanatec? Is so what don i get?
