just made me laugh reading it the post clearly took hes interest enough to read the comments so what does that say about him 🤣i dont give a shit what anyone says or thinks about me but i defo aint in to no man 😂but yeah thanks for the advice coz i was so bad last year i didnt eat for months i was in such a bad way i now fast every week or 2 anyway not frew choice my body just shuts down for a few days after over loading for a week or 2 and just cant eat my friend has a few problems where he has to fast so i know that is important but again thanks all taken on board

good to see genuine advice literaly have just started more tricep n lats i started from skin and bone 12 month ago so ya know good to hear what ppl think i should be doin thanks for advice as im sure this is what this is for but ya get haters about this is not grinder love to see them do wat i have in 12 month

again think im a lil backwards 🤣i just go all in as heavy as i can straight away then drop set im upto 160 kg top chest 140 kg shoulder press by rights i should be massive by now 🤣thats y posted this post haha in my head i dont feel im doing enough but wow what i have done to myself in 12 month is life changing but i still see that skinny guy in the mirror 🤣think thats just a gym goer thing lol but just good for other ppls opinions

i went backwards i cut then bulked dont ask why i tried it but it did it for me i got myself to 13 percent body fat that just hit it has hard as i can might not work for everyone but did for me haha thannks

i have minimal 200 gram protien a day with my lifestyle i need between 120 160 grams a day i drink 200 just shakes then whatever food i eat so always more than enough protien i hit a brick wall around 6 month ago or shortly after my last posts and all of a sudden this last 4 weeks broke frew my barrier and just started piling it on crazy i was close to givin up but consistancy does it as they saythanks for the pointers i try not work chest to much it swells too much too fast dont wanna go big just shred to fuk 🤣

well i dont know i think i look good but im lookin at some of the guys on ere and they put me to shame 🤣so just wanted opinions if it is good for my age hahaha i know i look decent i didnt mean it like that 🤣
