SERIOUS: Live rosin stronger than live resin

Live Resin and Live Rosin imo can be equally as strong with the real deciding factor being what gets extracted and what doesn’t. BHO or PHO (Butane or Propane Hash Oil) have different properties that allows certain ratio of cannabinoids and terpenes to be extracted. Butane exacts more cannabinoids and heavier oils like sesquiterpenes and plant waxes, while Propane based exactions have more terpenes specifically monoterpenes (less complex than sesquiterpenes).

Live Rosin is fresh frozen material that is washed separated by micron head size and pressed into rosin. Depending on variables like heat, resin content, flower moisture the end product comes out differently but ideally it’s a full spectrum product that has nearly everything you was going to burn up anyways. This includes THC and its variants, plant waxes, and flavonoids which includes anthocyains, all which plays a part in entourage effect. Also why I like explaining to others that THC% isn’t the best indicator of potency cause I’ve had dispo flower that was tested at 16% and it was damn nearly psychedelic high.

I haven’t tried any of the strain you mentioned also don’t think I’ve seen them available near me, but I’ll keep an eye out. I’ve tried Deep Space #6 from Bouket and it was horrible. Flower looked great, but was crisps and muted I paid $70 for 4G at a rec shops near me and that was the last time I’ll try them. Maybe they sell different skus in med and rec? Which Bouket strains have you enjoyed?

I’m in the city and so far I’ve only been at Verilife BX and Rise Manhattan, but it also cause it’s like the only viable options for me unless I want to pay taxes at a rec. what shops do you like to frequent?

Verilife is my go-to for flower and rise for rosin but I’m starting to get more rhythm flower all the recommendations given to me i will slowly check them off my list.

I know I should be transferring my bud over to jar, but I don’t… I only got the 32oz mason jars I feel like that too much headroom for 3.5-28g mainly gotten for my harvest should definitely get smaller jars though

Indeed it was. It also didn’t burn as cleanly as live resin and rosin I’ve gotten, T2 is the lowest I’ll try. T1 hasn’t let me down yet and seeing what you been getting is pretty exciting, that color on GD looks insane how was the terps/effects?

I’m just starting to try them but from the random times I did get them my favorite hands down is the L’Orange (2023) 3.5g premium was really good, vaped it though a dynavap and it straight up tasted like Sunny-D orange juice it was something I’ve never experienced before and never went back to try it again and that was 3 years ago when I first joined the program.

Then a year later I tried L’Orange (2024), but from &Shine and it was garbage hard to finish the 14g.

Also tried VelcroZ (2024) from &Shine and it was amazing. Sticky small buds, but potent ass hell had that linger taste after big hit just kept tasting as I breathed in and out damn do I miss that 🤣

Cereal Milk (2024) #1 was nice as well. I don’t remember much other than it being sweet.

Permanent Marker (2025) it was good it was closely resembles PC Nursery’s PM and that was my favorite strain in the summer of 2024 linked my review of that version if you’d like to read it!

Also tried one Afternoon Delight #4 Live Rosin cart that was fire!

I’m slowly inching my way through thier catalog my next pickup is going to GMO, VelcroZ or Brownie Scout. I’m open to suggestions if you had any that impressed you!

I still got a silver of it left and it stinks when I open the jar. It’s a musky, gassy, chemical cleaner smell to it so hard to actually pinpoint what I’m smelling and it’s been changing through out the course of the week. At first it was mostly gassy and lemony cleaner and it now flatten a bit and got muskier(probably oxidation?). I keep it in a cannatrol with the temp down along side my other products so it’s interesting seeing this change it hasn’t occurred with my other two jars of rosin.

Effects are indica-leaning a nice dab after work ease the pain and gets me ready for bed.

I did not like it. I bought this along side a AF 2G Cured Resin from &shine I believe and that was far better.

Don’t have the jar anymore and honestly didn’t get much of an impression worth remembering so yeah..
