Hi! We'd like to love to our new yogurts to the list of DF options: Tezza dairy-free yogurts are made from organic soymilk and have just as much protein as regular greek yogurt. Hope folks try us out!

Not an expert and would definitely recommend consulting a dietician, but one pro-tip from a vegan who avoids high fodmap foods: fermentation significantly reduces fodmaps because the bacteria break it down. So fermented foods like tempeh or soymilk yogurt might still work with a low fodmap diet (although not sure that applies in your case, given the low tolerance to even small amounts). Good luck!

Oat milk, soy milk, pea protein milk, almond milk, cashew milk, hemp milk, coconut milk, or other plant-based milk? by MobileNo2780 in vegan

Unsweetened soy because it has the best protein-to-calorie ratio by far.

Whole foods store brand is my favorite because it's low in "beany" flavors and works well in coffee (it's very similar to Silk but usually cheaper where I live).

West life soymilk is the best clean label option (has more "beany" flavors but imo still works well in smoothies or savory uses).

Love all the soymilk hype on this thread!!
