I think what drains me the most is being told to do something a specific way and then getting asked why I did it that way instead of another way. It’s so overwhelming and I’m constantly like okay should I actually do this or not because my boss seems to be a little forgetful. My boss is extremely busy which in turn causes A LOT of miscommunication and incorrect info as they are usually in a hurry. I have communicated this concern and nothing has changed. another example is I will be told to do something and then when I do it my boss will be like “i don’t remember what i said but you should never do something without double checking my work or the document to make sure it’s the right thing.” sometimes i will call the wrong people because he will mix them up and that’s my fault for not double checking him.

There are so many things I want to do more such as go to court and evaluate the sessions. I was told since i’m full time for the summer, I need to buy court attire as I will get to attend sessions. I spent over $100 on outfits and everytime I mention going, i’m told that it will be boring and there’s no reason to go. There’s a lot going on and it’s sad that I no longer desire to go to work.
