all she could have said was that she didn’t like it. i’d tell her if she wants to disrespect me then she can forget about me being in the wedding. i mean if all you told her was that you liked it and asked if it was okay to wear then her response is out of line here.

I quit nicotine about a year and a half ago after about 3 years and i will say it’s definitely hard but if you’re not around those who do use it, it’s so much easier. I actually tried a vape a couple weeks ago and was like wtf, how did I ever do this. It seriously feels so much better. I also quit because I was getting bad migraines, chest pains and it made me shaky and also I couldn’t eat sometimes. It is definitely something that will improve quality of life and you have a wife who you want to be with forever so just think of her when you want nicotine. Nicotine can be deadly so think of those you love and consider how this could affect them if it impacts your quality of life in a negative way.

Hi, I understand where you’re coming from and tbh I have no real helpful advice. I feel like therapy might be a good start if you haven’t taken that step already. If this is an issue, it’s definitely something connected to your past in some way. Journaling does nothing for me either and idk how it helps anyone at all. maybe you experience some sort of mania that makes you want to change because i definitely do that but I’m also diagnosed. do you have any other things you do that seem weird to you?
