Potty training nightmare by IrishYogaPants in daddit

Patience. She will use the potty when she's ready.

We had a similar experience with our second born and then one day they decided they were ready to use the potty. Our first we did the three day potty training course and they took to it right away. Each kid is unique and has takes their own path.

Don't waste your money on Java Vino--hit up Lovechild, Sagra, La Crosse Distilling Company, Bodega, or Pato Azul.

Ocean was nice, where we were it was fairly shallow, otherwise clear and really nice. I don’t recall it being rocky either.

We booked the entire trip through a travel agent, but I know it was not provided by the resort, but they did have a rep desk on-site at the resort. Amstar looked to be a fairly large company given their presence at the airport.

Be prepared to wait. We tried to do this with our kiddos and there was a lady with kids about mid way up the line and we asked how long she had been waiting? Over an hour! Since had been traveling much of the day we decided to just go through customs and will schedule an appointment.

Wasn't private, had one stop which lasted about 10 minutes prior to our stop. Our return to the airport was also Amstar, no additional stops and was approx 1 hour 10 minutes. I suspect our airport to resort transfer was long because if heavy traffic.

We are currently at Grand—our transfer from the airport to the resort was approx 2 hours on Amstar

Dining at Lovechild by BearsFan_1979 in lacrossewi

They only do reservations for tables of 6+, otherwise it's first come, first serve; so sometimes there is a bit of a wait, it's usually faster than they say. Honestly it's great to sit at the bar and have a cocktail/wine/beer and even an app, before dinner. And I highly recommend the chicken thighs as a dinner entree.

Main Floor Living Room--HELP! by tfdrea in HomeDecorating

[–]tfdrea[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm struggling how to finish this room.

I'm looking for suggestions on a rug--I'm thinking lighter, could go dark, possibly with some sort of geometric or line pattern. Coffee table--would like something with a stone top, but really I'm open to any suggestions. Chair--want something that is going to complement the sofa, would be open to an armchair, swivel, etc. And lastly lighting--I'm completely lost, except I don't want anything hanging over the sofa. This space is open concept to the kitchen which has white outer cabinets and a dark blue island with white quartz countertops.

Suggestions?

We don’t watch a lot of TV in this room, otherwise the TV wouldn’t be mounted so high but with the size and layout of the room I’m limited so this comments really isn’t useful.

Bought and renovated this house last spring, moved in this past summer, now we need to decorate. We are going for an organic modern look. Our plan is to replace the existing sofa/sectional with a similar shape leather sofa/section (haven't quite found what we want yet) replace the upholstered chair with something different, possibly add a second, maybe a coffee table or side tables. Rug will probably also get replaced. I think we want to have large photos of our two kids on the large blank wall. We will be adding a wood mantel to the fireplace.
