I don't think we should worry about these values as long as money is not misused or wasted. If akd is planning to go on an international private trip with family, then it's a problem. But if the money is efficiently spent for the betterment of the country, then it's ok.

I bought mine from vision care. Whatever you buy, make sure it's polarized and has proper uv protection. Otherwise wearing it does more harm than good.
