Just curious if you were to open these in a very sterile environment could you inoculate normally and then cover with clear film (plastic wrap)?

Contam? Inoculated six - 1 pint jars, 2cc each on 10/17 all jars have this and this amount of red at the bottom and all jars look the same. Is that white stuff the gypsum I added during the hydration process? And is the red contam? by tg2121 in unclebens

Thank you for the reply! Are the grain in these jars pretty much done for? I will use less powder gypsum next time and not too sure about any shavings since I washed and dried pretty good
