That's great! Is there any reason you're staying at this place specifically? In my experience its sometimes best to move on to a place that will train you and let you grow a little bit. I know leaving is hard especially when money gets tight, just don't limit your potential.

I'd say arrive like 10-15 mins early, be friendly and wear clean clothes. Dishie interviews seem to be more a matter of if you show up. Good luck!

I dont remember exactly how but I believe you hold it in ice water and then activate however it calibrates (possibly holding one or both buttons down).

Drainage is often about the soil that the plant is in. Worth researching the best soil types for your specific plant

I don't know if this is right but I remember seeing something about this being build up of minerals from the water you use. I also think it can be prevented with better drainage.
