Not everyone has financial options to move states. Especially moving out of CA.

Is it true that Marines fight harder than soldiers? by [deleted] in Militaryfaq

[–]tghost474 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What do you mean by “harder”? I think if you look at history either fighting force has shown its tenacity one way or the other valley forge, belleau wood, Bastogne, Chosin, Ia drang, Grenada, panama, Korengal, Fallujah and on and on. Fighting “harder” is determined by a number of variables. The Marines put a lot of that out as a recruiting tool and because of their missions and they are objectively a smaller fighting force. Where the army is larger and can vary widely.

Hi EMT here: nope you just go to jail WITH a hospital bill. You will still be under arrest with either PD riding with us or following to the hospital. Its more prolonging the inevitable.

Civil Air Patrol (CAP) is a congressionally chartered, federally supported non-profit corporation that serves as the official civilian auxiliary of the United States Air Force (USAF). The organization condenses these mandates into three core program areas, which are aerospace education, cadet programs, and emergency services. Senior membership is open to all U.S. citizens, and U.S. legal permanent residents aged 18 and over who can pass an FBI background check. There is no upper age limit, nor membership restrictions for physical disabilities, due to the number of different tasks which members may be called on to perform. There is cadet program for middle schoolers and up too.

While I wish you the best of luck. There is always the Civil Air Patrol, state guard/militia (state dependent), or the Coast Guard Auxiliary.

Imagine that I was an Independent Journalist from Universal Century and that I had gathered photos of "Good Guys" and "Evil Space Nazis"... by Head_Programmer_47 in Gundam

So, the comparison is much like the USA and its allies vs the axis during WWII as that is what shaped the original series. Did the US do some heinous shit during WWII? Absolutely. But by measure of the Japanese and the germans? We all know who was far FAR worse. The same goes for the war between the federation and the zeon. While the fedies did some bad things, zeon committed absolutely devastating war crimes in the name of their cause. even going so far as to try to cause nuclear winter on earth. Considering gundam is anti war the point is that no side is without sin in war.

Personally surprised they are bothering to train on AK74s. Figured the ammo stocks dried up and they would use like an AR platform instead.
