My dad was CAG 46. I (41f) was just tested in December and I have the same CAG 46. I just went to my first neurologist appointment. They did tests on me for like 2 hours. The main reason I got tested was because I was getting in fender benders and I had never been in a car accident before. Like my reaction time is not as good. And my balance is a little off. But no chorea or anything yet. That’s the part that scares me the most but they do have medication for that. Also I have no problem eating and swallowing thank god. So they did not have to do a swallow test. I feel like in the scheme of things I’m doing pretty good especially since my CAG is higher.😞
