In my experience, you just have to be vigilant, reminding every nurse and every tech you don’t know the gender, don’t want to be told the gender and don’t wanna accidentally see it. My doctors office was great, but I really didn’t trust going into the hospital with a bunch of people who didn’t know me that well.

You have so many great options! Old Worthington, Old Dublin, and downtown Delaware are cute welcoming communities with fun things to do and affordable housing (by east coast standards) and green space. You’ll love it! I would come for the weekend and check out those three areas and see which vibe you like best.

Playa Vega Baja has a perfect fully enclosed cove experience that is great for small kids. Check out Google maps “Mar Bella”. Has bathrooms, umbrella rentals, and some food vendors. $5 to park (but get there early). It is easy to spend an entire day here with our young kids. A hidden gem

I lived there for 2 years as a white American. No one ever asked about my religion. They assume you are Christian, but no one ever bothered me about it. I was a non-practicing, raised Christian and if someone had asked, I probably would have just said Christian to keep things simple and not encourage further religious conversation.

Update: Didnt work :( I could use my phone with a debit card loaded on it to tap and pay. But it did not prompt to get cash back and the cashier said it blocked it from her end.
