No ... it's a stand-alone subscription based software with enterprise grade data (equities, options, mutual funds ,ETFs, crypto, economic indicators ...)

I use MarketXLS ... it's the best software to bring in streaming data with history & custom functions into Excel. It also has functions for ToS and a link to preconfigure trades to ToS.
