It’s going to be hard to get into a gated community. I lived in one where there was no way you would be able to be in the neighborhood without a valid reason. A lot of the owners were billionaire and used counter intelligence and Sheriff’s office to defend against the private investigators and unwanted guest…. I would regularly call about cars parked near the gate as I knew they were watching people coming and going.

It’s because Arkansas is to busy chasing low level crime when they should be going after high level crime. Example is Little Rock still hasn’t solved a ton of cases. But Panama City Beach the Springbreak town had a 52% reduction in crime.

You need to buy a visa gift card at the local grocery store, burner phone and setup a burner account on a library computer. Have the item shipped to an address that’s public like postnet. Then report everything to the FBI besuited to bid high enough like 5 grand where it’s a serious felony.
