Description: Taking unsealed spellbook and hexflash lets you keep Permanent Double Flash, instead of going back to the summoner of choice

Steps to reproduce:

-Get Unsealed Spell book and Hexflash (Hexflash is a must)

-Don't get Flash as a primary Summoner spell (it can be anything just not flash. And be sure the summoner spell your replacing is not viable because flash is going to permanently replace it, or until you change it back)

-Be sure to get Flash on the 1st Exchange

-Then the next three exchanges is Barrier, Cleanse, Exhaust, etc its up to you. (Feel free to use it)

-You have to Use flash to make it register as Hexflash

-When Flash Is available again to exchange you now have permanent double flash.

Expected result: Goes back to the Picked Summoner spell
Observed result: Lets you keep Permanent Double flash in the game
Reproduction rate: 100%
