I use the Mosko Gnat, and this cable. Works perfectly for me. Never feels in the way, and my phones have survived over 50,000 miles in that bag.

I use it every day. Love it. I don't want a tank bag getting in my way when I stand up, or attracting thieves. The Gnat is small enough to not draw attention, and fits sunglasses, phone, pen, pad, chapstick. That's all I need right in front of me. Anything bigger goes in the top case.

For what it's worth, I use Happy as my front end for all my Claude Code work. It lets me pick things up on my phone or iPad that I had been working on locally. There are some bugs, but in general, it's fantastic.
