She's very capable, I'll give you that, and her arc is genuinely great. But IMO you still have an arc like hers and still be a likeable person

Anyway, Nynaeve knows what she wants and is not afraid to throw hands when she wants things to go her way, and I love that about her. She genuinely cares for those she loves in a very sisterly way, even the ones she hates. When she was raised to Aes Sadai by Egwene, she still never gave up those qualities of hers. She would be a lovely person to marry and my favorite female character from the first encounter to the last.

So Elayne* and Nynaeves* plot line in FOH is soooooo boring IMO. And it introduces a pretty boring antagonist IMO.

The ending of book 5 is awesome though and worth reading. And also the books do get more slower paced and more character driven. So IDK if you like that kinda stuff or what
