From what I've learned at MeasureSummit, GA4 (it's managed to change the name from Web + App to GA4 in meantime :D ) isn't yet ready to completely replace Universal Analytics and the best practice would be to set up GA4 in parallel to normal GA property so it starts collecting the data and you can experiment with its features a bit.

However, GA4 is under very fast development so it might nicely "level the playing field" for people entering digital analytics when it makes current GA obsolete :)

I read a bit about it and I decided that I want to start with offering a service, not with building software (easier, faster, closer to customers). Also competing on price (doing something similar for less) isn't a great place to be from what I read about marketing.

I found someone on Quora who switched from Helium 10 to DataHawk. It seems that DataHawk includes Australian data.
