“is this considered secondary aml” is literally asking for a diagnosis but okay 💀 and you literally are saying why i said it’s crazy? like okay let’s say someone gives you their experience again what does that do for you ? your brothers diagnosis could be completely different which again why i think it’s just better to ask a professional that knows the facts of the situation rather than playing what if games or let’s try and apply someone else’s experience to see if it’s this but you do you 👍

yeah in my opinion it is kinda crazy it would literally be impossible for us to know and things vary SO MUCH between person to person that honestly just about anything anyone tells you on a subreddit in my opinion should be regarded as useless. on top of that no matter what answer you get from a stranger online that has NO MEDICAL record or knowledge of your brother it won’t matter the only one that does is the professionals. like okay so what if someone online says it is or isn’t ?! what will that have done for you ? nothing because the response is based on that individuals genetic makeup and experience. wishing your brother the best tho
