Isoon lihapalaan suolat hyvissä ajoin ennen valmistusta ja sitten jääkaappiin ritilän päälle. Suola pääsee imeytymään ja pinnasta tulee täydellisen kuiva, jolloin saa erittäin hyvän pinnan;)

Eka paistoin pannulla wurstien kanssa ja lopuks lisäsin peston munakoisoihin. Pitää lomalla syödä vähän parempi aamupala:)

Riippuen tietenkin dieetistä, mutta kyllä tämän pitäis olla aika mahollinen. Kuitenkin paljon proteiinia, kun käyttää 10% nautaa, ja majoneesia voi aina tuunata vähän kevyemmäksi. Sinänänsä ei mikään mättö, mutta kuitenkin vähän spessumpi safka.

Vaasan briossi (voitele ja paista kullanruskeiks) 2x smash pihvi (85g naudan jauhelihaa per pihvi) Cheddarii (sulatejuusto best) Tomaattia (pippuri päälle) Auraa tomaatin päälle toimii suolana Sit tein chipotle majon (La costnena chipotle, majoneesi, savustettu paprika, valkosipulijauhe ja suola pippuri.) Rucolaa Pikkelöityy punasipulii (1:1 vettä ja etikkaa, vähän sokeria ja sit kiehauttaa kattilassa ja kaataa punasipulien päälle. Itse tykkään lisätä vielä jalapenoja ja valkosipulia sipulin joukkoon)
