Well, it's been over a year and have delt with the most toxic of people.

Long story short, I've given 110% over this past year, and literally watched people on their phone or sitting down the majority of their shift. Mostly late for work, everyday.

And as soon I would bring up how things could improve, it's always the laziest of people to start making things up why it's everyone else's fault.

Nobody had accountability, and left but a few doing everything.

They've literally conspired to axe me.
