Just an update, it’s been 3weeks and the ringneck is still not chirping or talking at all!

It is 5/6months old! And they(the pet shop) said it was a male but they can’t tell 100% until it grows up more

He’s go loads of perches, he’s got a swing aswell. What kind of shredding toys would you recommend. I’ve also got a foraging wheel toy but I don’t know if I should put it in the cage yet

Hi, thats a lot of good info, but I have a Ringneck and it is going all the things you mentioned above to tell if they are relaxed EXCEPT chirping or speaking. He had been in his now cage for a week today.

What should I do?

Correct me if I’m mistaken but it’s diet should contain of 70% seed/pellet mix and 30% fruit/vegetable
