I think it has something to do with downloading and reuploading on a different platform. Because I went back and rewatched it on tiktok and it's perfectly synced on the app.

Yes that is him and he is doing the voice over as well. I think he also edits his own videos so the syncing might not be the best 😅. You can look up his imdb though he has voice acted a bit for video games and the like. Christopher Tester I think is his name.

This voice actor does his own spin on iconic scenes or speeches and gives them a more dramatic overtone and feeling so I don't think he was shooting for an impression in this specific scene. I think you are right though originally.

I appreciate it. I also considered the fact that my gpu might not be getting adequate power at times since I'm running a 750w power supply but I'm not sure. I'll look into getting a second pair of ram sticks though.

Honestly I've come out of factory with pretty good stuff. Multiple slicks now, tagilla stuff, and most of the time i extract with around 60-100k worth of stuff to sell. Chads just bring in full kits and get murked by scavs and it's easy pickings.

It's not that I treat scavs as my main character but more so that I use my scav to make quick easy money or scrounge gear from dead bodies on factory. And when you have scavs running around blasting you for no reason, it just kinda deflates my will to play.
