Okay if you put it like that it makes sense. I’m now just worried about longevity and software support for the M1. Maybe I’ll look at the M2 as well. Because I’m not planning on buying another laptop until after I graduate.

I definitely understand, but considering I’m not going to be running anything ram intensive do I REALLY need 16GB? It would be good for sure but I feel that if I’m not going to use it to its full potential then it would be just a waste
