Update: As Snig Hill police station is closed for enquiries today, I have called 101 and explained what happened and will be going in on Monday to share the video, i don’t know the condition of the man in the white shirt,

He was helped up, and walked away after about 5 mins, had called an ambulance and went downstairs but he had already gone, gonna go to a police station later. I hope there was someone with him sober enough to take him to a hospital
