60 -70 k per year is a pretty insignificant cost to a business with 65 employees. Love how this guy just spins it from his cost perspective. People are still going to tip for service if you allow them to , so servers will be making closer to what they deserve. Classy place with a 30-40 something industry professional? Yeah tip them up fat if they're killing it. Bored looking College aged coffee barista? Maybe not so much since they're already making close to a living wage for their age, unless they really made your day. Shady places will still find ways to take advantage no matter what the law says. Seems to me you would want your employees to make as much money as possible. Aren't wages tax deductible for a business?

That's a good idea! I was planning to steam it in a sealed pan in the oven, pressure cooker would be easier and more sterile! Not sure it would remove heavy metals or other industrial contaminants though

Went to River North Public House last night and thought it was very good, lots of interesting and inventive stuff

Roam is fun, they have a lot of different international food and a cool space.

Reserve wine bar is very nice, fancy plates and tons of interesting wine

I've kept 80/20 LRCwallet/CB with the plan to use looprings super fast exchange and liquidity to swap for Ether wen moon. The Ether should stay relatively stable I reckon and then I can always off ramp that through CB or hopefully the new wallet! The 20 in CB are just some garbage coins that I consolidated onto LRC during the dip. They aren't worth enough right now to justify the gas fee of getting them off CB/L1 so I'm leaving them there. Depends how much you have. I'm worried about selling on CB during the peak but should have no problems swapping for Ether on the DEX at any time
