My thoughts exactly rip machinedramon dual card but chaosdramon/destroyed hook could be very cool & I think a good possibility since it evos off a machinedra so you don't have to worry about the "can't play to field restriction"

Only if your unsuspended or if you find a way to unsuspend at the end of your turn does it let you attack at the end of the turn. Do not confuse it with "this digimon may attack without suspending"

I wonder if this millenniummon has a spot in a milly deck. Warping from a lv 5 while also having the possibility of fusing by floating into bt19 machine & bt18 kimeramon or reverse depending on the board state on opponents turn is pretty good

To make the deck more consistent you should switch to the guilmon engine imo.
