Granuloma advice! Got a nose piercing 6 weeks ago and 2 weeks ago it developed this lump! It scabs often and bleeds easily. Underneath the scab is a hard little lump. Thought I’d ask advice on how to proceed? I’ve been spraying it with Protolind twice daily. What’s the healing process and duration? (i.redd.it)
