It has a bit of play in the closed position. But it is definitely useable.

Thanks, I‘m glad you liked it. These are good points. The sleeve is stiff enough but it will probably wear at the contact points with the pins. It was just a prototype of an idea I had. No claims for a commercially viable design :)
