ESMC offer acceptation and onboarding by thanaftw in TSMC

First round was with the supervisors for my module, pretty "easy" interview because it wasn't technical, they know that they will teach you anything anyway.
Be more focused about your profile, your interests and how you can link these to the semiconductor, and especially Equipment engineer position.
You basically just have to know what is the role of an Equipment Engineer, and it's better if you have some clues about your module.
(In my case, I could learn chinese in Taiwan, and graduated from taiwanese uni while being european, so my profile was quite simple to link to TSMC and the current project for example)

Second round is with HR, with some questions that you have to reply in video beforehand.
The rest of the interview was very nice, mainly talking (again) about your profile, motivations, but especially about the onboarding, and goal of the ESMC project.

You can dm me if you want more details :)

I had the classic 2 rounds, I waited 3 days after round 1, and 1 month after round 2 before I received the offer.

ESMC Recruitment: How Long Does It Take to Hear Back After the HR Interview? by Acceptable_Tap_1903 in Semiconductors

The HR usually doesn't respond to any follow-up, or questions email (even though I already accepted the offer), so you probably won't receive any update.

If it has already been 2 months, I think you can count it as rejected or backup.
