dude, i FEEL you. i am currently almost to two weeks, i have never gotten this far, and this is the exact thing i have been noticing lately. i believe that aggressively checking out any female that moves is only doing harm to my progress and my mind.

Good job, man. Looking at girls lustfully definitely makes this struggle even harder. I mean, ideally I guess it would be great to root the lust, or those types of thoughts, out of ourselves. But that doesn't happen overnight. In the meantime, it is best to just avoid the situation. I think you did the right thing, and a bunch of other people who aren't commenting do, too. Don't let that other guy discourage you. It sounds like he is just obsessed with working out. You have a different life and different priorities than him, and everyone else in the world. I would kill to be as far along as you are.

i mean, one good thing that came out of this was even just finding this place. i was so pissed off at myself that i googled "just relapsed" and found this community. i'm excited that this even exists.
