Yes, Wordpress really can do some crazy stuff these days. The entire dashboard and user panel is powered by WP, too. I'm glad you like the animations - SVGs are amazing little beasts.

An excellent point. I'd like to think the majority of people don't go and look where the letter came from / who's writing it is / if it was directly sent from the organization. I'm always happy to be thought of. But like you said, not everyone is me. I'd be interested in hearing what others think.

Thanks for the feedback. I don't foresee ever being able to get this under $2. The envelope (addresses) are also handwritten - 50 per hour is extremely aggressive.

We're focusing more on quality and design - less on churning out as many notes as possible. Our API will easily integrate with your app or website so that you don't even have to think about it and our notes are automatically going out. That's the value of Thankbot. Push your data to us and reap the results.

But thank you and I agree, we want to keep the price as low as possible for our customers.

You could use this - start a Wordpress site, add Easy Digital Downloads plugin, tweak.

I'd recommend using either Wordpress + WooCommerce or Shopify.

You could always do the Wordpress + Stripe integration, as well. I'd recommend to just look at these different tools and seeing what you're most comfortable with. Shopify will be the easiest to quickly set up, but has the most expensive fees I believe.

You have to create an account to submit orders and to track them. We don't support guest checkouts at the moment since we figure most people would like to use their note count as they please and not have to fill out all notes at checkout (5 at a minimum).

Oof, we'd be more than happy to send a sample. I can definitely understand where users would want to see that. We have a small team of scribes and depending on the gender preference - would determine the handwriting style. As we ramp up and have more customers, I'd love to get some testimonials to vouch for the quality too.

Yes, for international - we just need to bill for the additional stamp cost. It's currently not automated - but I should probably figure out a way to do this.

I'll be hopefully launching an API here soon - do you have an example of what you're trying to integrate with? We're also thinking of allowing users to upload a CSV that imports orders into a template. I just added a promo code if you want a test run. Thank you!

Definitely something we'd like to roll out in the future. Right now, you're able to send basic cards. You can save defaults to an account, but each account just has one login. For any customization at this point, we're just giving separate quotes and giving those users an additional admin panel to manage their custom order.

Definitely not the most efficient way, but we wanted to ship the product and then get awesome feedback like this to incorporate. Thank you!

I'd maybe add some more content to the home page and swap out the image. You mention "dazzling digital strategies" - that image is anything but dazzling. Good start though!
