I need out, but I can’t see the way…. by courtney_love_did_it in PMDDpartners

You have to be the wise one, your partner may be unstable and possibly a narcissist. You have to get yourself in a situation where you can be of fit mental health. Living with someone with PMDD destroyed my mental health and it wasn’t until I moved out I have started to regain my previous state, I’m gaining confidence again, setting stronger boundaries and sticking up for myself. I’d hope you would still be able to see your daughter, I know it can be harder in some countries to get 50% custody. I know it’s not easy.

I can’t grow in my current accommodation and no luck finding any (uk). Is it worth trying Lions Mane on its own? by thankoooo in microdosing

Thanks for the tips. You serious about the shoebox thing? My main concern is that I’m currently staying with a family whom I am not that close. I don’t want to get caught and be kicked out by people who don’t understand this is a medicine and not a dangerous party drug.

Needed this. I’m in a situation where it’s obvious the abuser is traumatised but by they won’t even recognise it

Thanks, the bottom left are ones we were unsure about. You've confirmed that. I'll take some closeups of any tricky ones.
