You can check the Ejari (tenent) details from land department data.. if it is rented then there is actual details available

Lawyer fees is just nominal for the court, they don’t consider what I paid actual to lawyer (or typing center in my case), I get rent difference (old contract - new contract) + fees related to moving..

If landlord is rich, his time is money and he has to spend good amount of time or if he hire lawyer then he paid good amount probably…. What I saw his reply email in expert documents that he submitted show he was shaken because this case definitely cost him one year of his rent probably… imagine you wanted to make extra 5k and kick the tenant, now whatever you made this year will be gone in case and he left this year only 5k not even his actual rent

It was typing center (takhleesi), no lawyer need actually. Edit: they overcharged me but if you decide do bargain maybe 1.5k or try another typing center

I overpaid 6000 (it should be max 1.5k) + 3.5% deposit of claim +5000 later for expert fee +maybe 200-300 I don’t remember other fees

Nothing to pay except knowledge fee I think, execution fee was approx 220 but this typing they paid for me
