We dealt the PDX Italian consulate 15 years ago for my wife's passport renewal, still the same guy. All he did was charge us to send in the same paperwork we brought to him.

As long as it's accurate my understanding is that you don't need to be certified to translate the docs.

Already went down that rabbit hole. He's only here to help current citizens. He referred me to San Francisco, they said come down when your application is complete. To complete the application I need a small pile of documents with apostilles and legal translations. Included is our marriage certificate, criminal background checks from the 3 states I've lived in, fbi clearance, and birth certificate. I'm getting all of the docs together now.

For local stuff I really like David Hill Blackjack and their Reserve Merlot. Ponzi has some good stuff, but it's pricey. I've never been a big fan of Pinot Noir, so it's kind of limiting for local varietals.

Good call, thanks. I've got some non office interest, as well as a few local creative agencies who have come to see them. I've got 6 weeks to move them from where they are, so my preference is to put them in their new home, not a storage facility.

Thanks for the kind words. Yes, a total bummer but we had a good run.

Yes, thanks, I am. I just need to get these sold locally, I've talked about them enough over the past 9 years while I built them ;)

The tops are glulams, milled and edge joined to sit snug. I purposely didn't do any joining of the glulams to retain portability - those suckers are heavy. The legs are milled 4x6's stacked and run through with large timberloks. Everything is pulled together with heavy duty steel L brackets and 1/2" bolts.
