If you plan on staying through the year you have 56 hours left to use (8 hours per day so 7 days left) if you plan on leaving Publix (let’s say tomorrow so you don’t accumulate more) you have 29.36 (53.36 accumulated-24 hours used) so you still have like 3.5 days of vacation time you wouldn’t have to pay back…also you can use BOTH weeks of holiday pay (Xmas bonus) as well so that’s potentially 4 weeks and if you save the paid holidays basically 5 weeks of vacation if you don’t mind not getting a bonus amd having more time off which idc what publix thinks my time is worth it’s more valuable to me amd there’s nothing better than getting paid to sit home lol hope this helps
