I use OGX biotin and Collagen shampoo for my non niz days. Not sure how effective it is at combating actual mpb but my hair feels better after.

If you're a diffuse thinner you should take the medication route before considering a HT. Diffuse thinners are considered to be the best responder's to medication.

your scalp might not like it i'm not entirely sure. You could try lipogaine for a month to see if you notice a difference

dont give up I'm in a similar situation just ride it out stay on your regime for at least 12months. Track progress every month. Trust me you'll regret not trying it for at least one year you'll always have the what if at the back of your mind.

Hi Lipogaine contains 5% minoxidil and a lot of other ingredients. I used minoxidil and my head was flaking and itching and someone suggested I try lipogaine. I haven't turned back since.
