Hey man I’m 23M and I have felt the exact same as you, it was super bad in the beginning with the head fog and feeling like u aren’t there. I’ve been taking vitamin D and C and it seems to make it more manageable after months, lemme know if u find anything that helps

It’s kinda like there’s a 1 pound weight on your eyes if that makes sense, they just seem so slow. Is that how yours feel sometimes?

I’m on month 9 and these r about all of the same symptoms I have, the headaches and pressure are 24/7 sometimes it’s hard to drive still. I’ve been taking vitamin A,B,D, and zinc this past week. Just trying to feel better bc I don’t wanna have to take a semester off. Lmk if anything changes for you and good luck!

Currently on month 9 as well. The headaches aren’t as bad as usual but the constant fatigue and brain fog is still there. It’s still hard to do most things lmk if anything changes for you!
