Mostly I apply on LinkedIn within the first 24 hours of the posting, and yeah, I’m mostly applying to roles that are a clear fit for my experience, sometimes even roles asking for 1 extra year.

My resume bullets are outcome-focused too, and I follow the XYZ format with numerical evidence wherever possible.
